These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of prycetrading.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Pryce Trading Company ("we," "us," "our"), based in Leander, Texas. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Products and descriptions. We sell trading cards, autographed memorabilia and other sports collectibles. We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, including grades, serial numbers and certifications. Colors and appearance can vary slightly between screens. Grades and certifications are assigned by third-party companies (such as BGS/Beckett, PSA, SGC, CGC, JSA or the issuing manufacturer) and reflect those companies' opinions; we are not affiliated with them.

 

2. Authenticity. Autographed items are sold with the COA or certification stated in the listing. All autographs are covered by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee: if PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett Authentication Services, SGC, CGC or Fanatics Authentic determines an autograph purchased from us is not authentic, we will refund the purchase price on return of the item, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

 

3. Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Most items are one of a kind. If an item sells out or a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

 

4. Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders we suspect are fraudulent. Payment is due in full at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

 

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds. Shipping, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms. All sales are final, except as provided by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

 

6. Intellectual property. The Site's content, including text, logos and original photographs, belongs to Pryce Trading Company or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Team names, player names and league marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the items we sell. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, player or card manufacturer.

 

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pryce Trading Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item involved.

 

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

 

9. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
